The 6th season of The Royal Bafokeng Jr NBA / WNBA league started on Wednesday 2 March with Kitsong going head to head with Matshukubyane Middle School at Kanana stadium,
The game started well with both teams trying to get into rhyme and Matshukubyane came out strong once they got into rhyme. Our Point guard, Kgolagano Mathikge #4, pushed the team on defensively and offensively. At half time we had not scored any points yet and the score was 17 to Matshukubyane. In the second half Kitsong players were more motivated to change the score board. Kitsong made more attempts than they did in the first half. Remotshepile Moseki scored the first points of the season which were Kitsong’s only points of the game. Final score Kitsong 02 – 25 Matsukubyane Middle School.
